Biography - Jerry Margulies has over thirty years experience in the mortgage
industry. Twenty-two of those years was as President of Mansfield Mortgage Services,
Inc., a multi-state mortgage lender with its primary offices located in Lincoln, Rhode
Island.
Jerry is an active board member and a past President of the Rhode Island Mortgage Bankers'
Association. He has also served as a Director and legislative committee chairperson of
the Massachusetts Mortgage Association. During his tenure with the MMA , he was honored
with the Association's "Broker of the Year" and "President's" Awards.
A long time resident of North Attleboro, Massachusetts, Jerry serves as a member of the
Representative Town Meeting from Precinct 9.
Jerry's thirty plus years of experience and mortgage industry knowledge combine to make
