HOW NONPUBLIC PERSONAL INFORMATION IS USED AND DISCLOSED BY US:

All nonpublic personal information that we collect is used to process your request for financing and to serve your financial needs.

We also may, from time to time, disclose nonpublic personal information that we collect about you to non-affiliated parties, as permitted by law. For example, certain federal or state laws may require us to disclose information about you if you are involved in litigation with a third party. In such circumstances only the specific information required by law, subpoena or a court order will be disclosed.

ONLINE SERVICES AND PRIVACY

You can visit our website and learn about our products and services without providing information about you. We do not store or retain any information (i.e., "cookies") about you when you visit our website.

We maintain a transactional website for our products and services. Specifically, you may provide mortgage loan application information (i.e., nonpublic personal information) to us online that we will access in order to process that application. We will maintain all such information.

We may obtain e-mail addresses from our customers. We do not share e-mail addresses with anyone, except as permitted or required by law. We do not communicate with our Internet customers about their specific Internet loan applications by e-mail. We may from time to time respond by e-mail to e-mail inquiries from our customers about other matters, but we do not discuss or include nonpublic personal information in those responses. We encourage our customers not to communicate any nonpublic personal information by e-mail, as e-mail is not secure.
